By accessing or using Tenably AI’s services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.
2. Use of the Service
You agree not to misuse Tenably’s platform for unlawful purposes or attempt to disrupt or damage our services. This includes, but is not limited to, unauthorized scraping, copying, or reverse engineering of our tools, systems, or content.
3. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, software, and features on Tenably are the property of Tenably AI or its licensors. You may not duplicate, reproduce, or distribute any part of the service without explicit written permission.
4. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the platform for any user who violates these terms, abuses the service, or engages in any behavior we determine to be harmful to Tenably or its users.
5. Limitation of Liability
Tenably AI is provided “as is” and we make no warranties about its performance or availability. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the service.
6. Modifications
We may update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after such changes constitutes your agreement to the new terms.
7. Billing & Refund Policy
All payments made to Tenably AI — including monthly and annual subscription fees and one-time credit purchases — are final and non-refundable. AI generation incurs immediate, non-recoverable compute and third-party provider costs the moment work begins, so we do not offer refunds, returns, or prorated reimbursements for any completed payment. By completing a purchase you acknowledge and agree to this policy.
- Subscriptions: you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops all future billing and you keep access through the end of your current billing period, but fees already paid — including for a partially used period — are not refunded.
- Annual plans: annual subscriptions are billed upfront for the full year and are non-refundable, including if you cancel mid-term.
- Credit purchases: credits are final at the time of purchase, non-refundable, and non-transferable. Credits are only deducted on successful generations — failed generations do not consume credits.
- No refunds are provided for unused subscription time, unused credits, or dissatisfaction with AI-generated output.
If you believe you were billed in error (for example, a duplicate charge or a charge after a confirmed cancellation), contact us at support@tenablyai.com within 30 days and we will investigate and correct genuine billing errors. Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable rights you may have under applicable consumer protection law.
