Best of 2026

The best AI marketing tool for creators

Nine tools, ranked, with the prices we could read off the vendors own pages. We built one of them and we say where the other eight beat it.

Third-party prices verified 26 August 2026.

Short answer

For a creator who has to make the content as well as post it, Tenably AI covers the most of the job in one place, from script to published video to comment replies. If you already record long-form, OpusClip is the better $15. If you only need scheduling, Buffer is free for three channels.

How we picked

Four rules, applied to every tool on the list, including ours.

Priced on the vendor own page

Third-party roundups were wrong often enough to be useless. One popular blog had InVideo AI at $25 when the live page said $17. Where a vendor blocked us, we say unverified rather than guess.

One job it is best at

If we could not finish the sentence "this is the tool you buy when you need to ___", it did not make the list. Nine entries, nine different jobs, no filler.

Judged on short-form reality

Vertical output, burned-in captions, and a real path to TikTok, Reels, and Shorts. A tool that exports a 16:9 file and stops is scored as a half tool.

Honest about where it stops

Every entry has a limit paragraph, ours first. A roundup that recommends all twenty tools has told you nothing about which two to buy.

The 9 best AI marketing tools for creators, ranked

Prices are entry paid tiers as of 26 August 2026, each one linked to the page we read it from.

  1. #1

    Tenably AI

    Best overall
    Best for
Making and posting everything from one place
    Missing
No free tier, and it will not edit footage you filmed yourself
    Price
From $24/mo, or $19.08/mo billed yearly

We built this one, so read the limits carefully. Tenably is the only tool here that carries a video from a topic sentence to eight published destinations without you opening a second tab. You give it a subject and it writes the channel identity, generates ideas, writes the script, picks a hook formula from ten named styles, narrates it with ElevenLabs voices, generates the visuals, times word-level captions from a Whisper transcript, renders the cut, and publishes it. The pipeline on its own is the AI video studio.

Videos run from 15 seconds to 12 minutes, in 9:16 or 16:9. Each scene routes to whichever model suits it: Kling 3.0 for image-to-video and lip sync, Veo 3 for dialogue-aware shots, Gemini Nano Banana for character consistency, and Recraft v4, Flux 2, or GPT-image-2 for stills. Publishing reaches TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile, reformatted per platform. Comments get replies in your channel voice, with a simulation mode so you can read what it would have said first.

Where it stops. The Creator plan connects two social accounts, and auto-posting to every connected platform starts on Pro at $49.99/mo, so a creator running five destinations is realistically on Pro, not on the $24 headline. There is no free tier, and if scheduling is your whole need, Buffer and Metricool have real ones. And Tenably generates: it will not clean up a bad recording or cut footage you shot yourself.

  2. #2

    OpusClip

Best for long video to shorts
    Best for
Cutting a long recording into ranked vertical clips
    Missing
Cannot generate footage, and does not touch comments
    Price
    Starter $15/mo, Pro $29/moas of 26 August 2026, source

If you already record long, whether podcasts, streams, or talking-head YouTube, this is the most valuable $15 on the list. The real trick is not the cutting, it is the ranking. OpusClip reads the spoken words, the visual objects, the sound, and the emotional beats, then tells you which thirty seconds of a ninety-minute recording is worth posting, with a virality score attached. Auto-reframe keeps the speaker centred in vertical, and it posts straight to YouTube Shorts, TikTok, and Instagram.

Where it beats Tenably. On footage you already own. Tenably generates video, it does not mine a back catalogue for its best sixty seconds, so a podcaster with two hundred episodes gets far more out of $15 here than out of any generation credit. OpusClip also has a genuine free tier, watermarked and capped at 1080p, where Tenably has none, and its clip ranking is a sharper judgement of what will travel than anything a generator can offer about a video that does not exist yet.

Where it stops. It cannot make anything. No footage in, nothing out, so it is a second-stage tool by design. It reaches three destinations, which means a creator posting to Facebook or LinkedIn as well still needs a scheduler. The annual discount toggle did not render for us, so treat any yearly figure as unverified until you see it in checkout.

  3. #3

    Descript

Best if you are on camera
    Best for
Editing recorded video and audio by its transcript
    Missing
    No social scheduling at all
    Price
Hobbyist $16/mo billed yearly, $24/mo monthlyas of 26 August 2026, source

Descript edits video by editing the transcript. Delete a sentence in the text and it disappears from the cut. Once that clicks, a conventional timeline feels absurd, and a twenty-minute talking-head edit turns into a five-minute read-through with a delete key.

The repair stack is what nobody else here matches. Studio Sound rescues a bad room, filler-word removal strips the ums in a single pass, Eye Contact corrects your gaze when you were reading notes off a second screen, and Overdub patches a fluffed line in your own cloned voice instead of making you re-record the take. The free tier gives 60 minutes a month at 720p with a watermark, which is enough to decide whether the transcript-first idea suits how you work.

Where it beats Tenably. Anything with your own face or voice in it. Tenably has no repair layer, no filler-word pass, and no way to fix a recording that already exists, so the moment you are the on-screen talent Descript is the better buy. Its free tier is also real, and Tenably has none.

Where it stops. No publishing. Descript hands you a file, and you still need something to post it, schedule it, and answer the comments underneath it.

  4. #4

    InVideo AI

Best cheap prompt to finished video
    Best for
One prompt to a finished narrated video with captions
    Missing
No publishing we could verify, and 75 non-rolling credits
    Price
    Plus $17/mo or $200/yras of 26 August 2026, source

The closest direct rival to Tenably video studio, and cheaper at the entry point. You write a prompt, it writes the script, generates the voice, assembles the visuals, and burns in captions. The Plus tier bundles Seedance 2.5, Veo 3.1, and Kling 3, which is unusual value: most tools that hand you frontier video models bill per generation on top of the subscription. It also includes voice cloning, four AI avatars, and unlimited exports without a watermark.

Where it beats Tenably. Price per generated minute, plainly. At $17 it undercuts Tenably $24 entry tier, and the bundled model access at that price is the best raw generation value on this list. If your entire need is a finished vertical video file and you already have somewhere to post it, InVideo does that job for less. See our wider notes on short-form and long-form output in AI video generator for YouTube Shorts and long-form.

Where it stops. We could not verify any direct publishing to social platforms, so budget for a scheduler on top and treat the export as the end of the flow. There is no comment handling. And 75 credits a month that do not roll over is a tighter ceiling than the price suggests, once you start regenerating scenes you did not like. No free tier was shown on the pricing page.

  5. #5

    Buffer

    Best budget scheduler
    Best for
Cheap scheduling across the widest network list
    Missing
Makes nothing, and suggests replies rather than sending them
    Price
Free for 3 channels, Essentials $5/channel/mo billed yearlyas of 26 August 2026, source

Buffer free plan is genuinely usable: three channels, ten queued posts each, 30 days of analytics, and its AI Assistant. For a creator on two platforms that may be the entire answer, and we would rather say so than sell you a subscription you do not need.

Paid, it bills per channel rather than per brand, which is the fairest model here if you run several accounts of your own. It reaches the widest network list we checked: Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, X, YouTube Shorts, Threads, Pinterest, Google Business Profile, Bluesky, and Mastodon. The Community inbox pulls comments from all of them into one screen with AI-suggested replies. Our own social media scheduler covers eight destinations, so Buffer wins on breadth.

Where it beats Tenably. Two ways. It is free at three channels, and it reaches eleven networks to our eight, including Bluesky, Mastodon, Threads, and Pinterest. If the network you care about is one of those four, no amount of generation makes up for not being able to post there.

Where it stops. It cannot make a video, an image, or a clip. It moves things you already made. Its AI suggests replies rather than sending them, so the comment section stays your job. Buffer states annual billing is a 20% discount, so the monthly rate is higher, but that figure is computed in the browser and we could not read it off the page.

  6. #6

    Metricool

    Best analytics for the money
    Best for
Analytics, competitor tracking, and ad dashboards
    Missing
Generates no video, and X is a paid add-on
    Price
Starter $20/mo billed yearly, $25/mo monthlyas of 26 August 2026, source

Metricool is an analytics product that also schedules, and that ordering is the whole point. You get competitor tracking, unlimited analytics history on paid tiers, ad dashboards for Facebook, Google, and TikTok Ads, and a Looker Studio connector, at a price the reporting-first platforms cannot come close to. Its Flows feature automates comment replies and moderation, which puts it in a small group here that acts on a comment rather than just showing it to you.

Where it beats Tenably. Depth of measurement and competitor visibility. Tenably reports on what you posted and what it earned in reach, but it does not track a rival account week over week or sit next to your ad spend in one dashboard. If knowing precisely which format outperformed is the thing you are paying for, Metricool is the better $20, and its free tier for one brand costs nothing to try.

Where it stops. X is a paid add-on and LinkedIn is withheld from the free tier, so the headline price understates real coverage. Team roles and post approval are Advanced-tier only, which makes Starter effectively single-user. And like every scheduler on this list, it does not generate video, so it is half a stack on its own.

  7. #7

    beehiiv

Best for the email list you should already have
    Best for
Newsletters with a monetisation layer attached
    Missing
Drafts social posts, does not publish them
    Price
Free to 2,500 subscribers, Scale $49/mo, $43/mo billed yearlyas of 26 August 2026, source

The one tool here that turns an audience into revenue you control rather than rent. beehiiv bundles an ad network, Boosts for paid subscriber acquisition, and paid subscriptions at a 0% take rate into the same plan. Nobody else on this list packages a monetisation layer that complete. Its AI is editorial rather than generative: a writing assistant, tone changes, in-editor image generation, translation, and an AI Social Helper on higher tiers that drafts platform-ready posts from an issue you already sent.

Where it beats Tenably. Owned audience and the money attached to it. Tenably AI email campaigns are built for a business writing to its customer list, not for a creator running a paid newsletter with sponsors, and we have no ad network, no Boosts, and no subscription billing for your readers. If the plan is to make a living from a list, beehiiv is the correct tool and Tenably is not.

Where it stops. No social scheduler. It drafts posts, it does not publish them, so it never replaces the posting half of your stack. And the price climbs with your list, from $49/mo at 1,000 subscribers to $109/mo at 10,000 and $329/mo at 100,000, so model the cost at the size you expect to be rather than the size you are.

  8. #8

    Later

    Best for Instagram-first creators
    Best for
Visual planning for a grid-led Instagram presence
    Missing
No X support, and 5 AI credits a month on the entry plan
    Price
Starter $18.75/mo billed yearly, $25/mo monthlyas of 26 August 2026, source

If Instagram is the channel and everything else is secondary, Later visual calendar is still the nicest planning surface in the category. You drag a grid until it looks right, and what you see in the planner is what the profile will look like when the week has finished posting. Its creator affiliate side, which matches creators with brand programmes, is a real differentiator rather than a line on a feature list.

Where it beats Tenably. Grid-level visual planning. Tenably schedules per destination and per post, and it will not show you how eight upcoming posts will sit together as a profile. For a creator whose Instagram feed is a portfolio, that view matters more than generation speed does, and Later gives you a 14-day evaluation window to judge it.

Where it stops. Five AI credits a month is a rounding error, not a feature, so treat the entry plan as scheduling only. There is no X or Bluesky support at all. The social inbox starts at the second tier, which means the cheapest plan cannot manage comments, and there is no free tier to fall back on when the evaluation period ends.

  9. #9

    Predis.ai

    Best low-cost generate and schedule
    Best for
Cheap social video and carousels, posted from the same tool
    Missing
About 9 videos a month on the entry plan, and no comment replies
    Price
    Core $19/mo or $230/yras of 26 August 2026, source

Structurally the closest thing on this list to Tenably at a lower price. Predis generates the post, the visuals, the caption, and the hashtags, then schedules the result to Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube Shorts, X, and Google Business Profile. If your output is short social video and carousels rather than a narrative channel with a consistent cast, it is a serious option at $19.

Where it beats Tenably. Entry price for a generate-and-publish loop, and carousels. Tenably cheapest plan is $24 and its scheduler connects two accounts at that tier, where Predis Core connects ten. Predis also produces multi-slide carousel posts, a format Tenably does not generate at all, and carousels still carry a lot of reach on Instagram and LinkedIn.

Where it stops. Its 1,300 monthly credits are rated by Predis at roughly 86 images or 9 videos, and nine videos a month is a hard ceiling for anyone posting daily. There is no review management, no email marketing, and no comment auto-reply, so the surrounding jobs stay manual. No free tier, evaluation access only.

What a creator's marketing stack actually has to do

Forget the category names for a moment. A creator trying to grow a channel and earn from it has six jobs, every week, indefinitely.

  • Make videos fast. Several a week, not one a month. The channels that grow are the ones that ship, and a tool that takes an hour per video gets abandoned by week six.
  • Repurpose across platforms. One idea, four audiences, four aspect ratios, four upload flows. Doing that by hand is the biggest silent time sink in the job, which is why we wrote up how to post to four platforms at once.
  • Schedule so posting is not a daily chore. Sit down once, load a week, then go and live the rest of it.
  • Answer the comment section. On every short-form platform a post with a live comment section gets pushed further than a silent one, so replying to every comment automatically is reach you already paid for.
  • Grow an email list. Followers are rented. A list is owned. Most creators learn the difference the week after an algorithm change.
  • Know what worked. Which format, which topic, which hook, so you can make more of the thing that landed and stop making the thing that did not.

Almost every tool above does one or two of those six well. That is why the average creator pays four subscriptions and still does the joins by hand, exporting a file from one tab and uploading it in another. The business-owner version of the same problem is covered in best AI marketing tools for small business.

How to run a faceless channel with Tenably, start to finish

This is the workflow the product actually supports, no more. If you want the platform-neutral version first, read how to make faceless videos in 2026.

Set up the channel

The wizard takes your topic and audience, then generates the channel identity: name options, positioning, visual style, and a description that becomes the creative brief every later idea is checked against. It then produces around 30 video ideas with hook angles. If you only want one video and no channel, type the request and it lands in a default workspace instead.

Pick a hook style, then let it write

Ten named formulas govern the first scene: shocking fact, curiosity gap, story cold open, cinematic moment, bold contrarian, forbidden knowledge, specific number, problem callout, direct command, or automatic. The script comes back with a hook and scene-by-scene narration. Short videos get their own rules, so a 15-second script fills 15 seconds instead of landing at 10 and reading like a telegram. Edit any line, or ask for a rewrite.

Voice, visuals, captions

ElevenLabs narrates, each scene routes to whichever model suits the shot, and captions come from a Whisper transcript with word-level timing so they land on the syllable. Then you edit in the browser: scene timeline on the left, preview in the centre, per-scene controls on the right.

Publish once, then let it run

One approval sends the cut to all eight destinations, formatted per platform, at times drawn from your own audience data. Auto-posting to every connected platform requires Pro. After that, Daily Videos keeps a queue flowing in whichever type you pick: text, voiceover, cinematic, quiz, or one-shot live action. Auto-reply answers comments in your channel voice. The re-release engine finds your best performers and repackages them with a fresh title, thumbnail, and angle.

Budget it honestly

Credits, not plan names, decide how much you can make. A 30-second video with six scenes, a voiceover, and music costs about 51 credits. An image costs 5. Creator 1,000 monthly credits is therefore about 19 or 20 short videos, or about 200 images, from one shared pool rather than both. A video a day needs Pro 2,100 credits or Business 5,000.

Once one channel is steady, the next questions are audience growth and duplication: how to grow a faceless page and running multiple faceless channels.

Also worth knowing

Five tools that did not earn a ranked slot, either because they do a narrower job or because we could not verify a price.

  • Canva is still the default when a thumbnail, a carousel, and a deck all have to look like the same brand, and its Content Planner schedules to the major networks. Its pricing is unverified: every path on canva.com returned a 403 to automated access, so we will not print a number we did not see.
  • CapCut remains the best free manual editor for TikTok-native work. Its pricing page returned a 502 repeatedly and multiple 2026 reports describe a large unannounced rise, so treat any CapCut Pro figure as unverified until you see it in the app.
  • Kit, formerly ConvertKit, is free to 10,000 subscribers, by far the most generous free tier in email. If you want a big list cheaply and no ad network, start there rather than on beehiiv.
  • Linktree is a link-in-bio and monetisation layer, not a scheduler. Starter is $6/mo billed annually, and scheduling plus unlimited Instagram auto-replies only appear on Premium at $30/mo annually.
  • Taplio at $39/mo and Tweet Hunter at $29/mo are strong single-platform growth tools for LinkedIn and X, but both hide AI writing behind the second tier, so the real AI entry price is $69/mo and $49/mo with no bundle discount between them.

What a creator stack actually costs

Entry tiers on this list run from $5 per channel to $49 a month. The number that matters is what a working combination costs, not what the cheapest single tool costs.

Four realistic creator stacks priced at August 2026 rates
StackMonthly costWhat you give up
Buffer free only$0Three channels, and you make everything yourself
OpusClip plus Buffer Essentials, 3 channelsAbout $30Nothing is generated, so you must keep recording
InVideo AI plus Buffer free$1775 non-rolling credits, and manual uploading
Tenably Pro$49.99No free tier, and no editing of footage you shot

Two patterns fall out of that table. A generation tool plus a scheduler lands between $25 and $60 a month once you are posting seriously, which is the same money as one all-in-one plan with fewer joins to maintain. And credit ceilings, not plan names, decide how much you can actually make: 75 non-rolling credits, 9 videos, or 1,000 credits are the real limits behind $17, $19, and $24.

Which one should you actually buy?

  • You make faceless videos and post to four platforms. Tenably, on Pro. Anything else means two subscriptions and copying files between them, and the AI marketing agent on the Business plan takes the planning off you as well.
  • You already record long-form. OpusClip plus Buffer, about $30 a month combined. Do not buy a generator you will not open.
  • You are on camera. Descript plus Buffer. Nothing generates a better version of you than a decent take, cleaned up.
  • You want the cheapest generation. InVideo AI at $17 plus Buffer free tier, watching the 75-credit ceiling.
  • You want to own your audience. Start on Kit free tier and move to beehiiv when you want the ad network.
  • You only need scheduling. Buffer free plan. Genuinely, and we would rather you knew.

If the answer is the first line, the whole workflow lives on the full platform and the creator half of it is the Faceless Creator Suite.

Common questions

What is the best AI marketing tool for creators in 2026?

For a creator who makes the content as well as posts it, Tenably AI covers the most of the job in one place: script, narration, visuals, captions, render, publishing to eight destinations, and comment replies. If you already film your own footage, OpusClip or Descript will serve you better and cost less.

How much do AI marketing tools for creators cost?

As of August 2026, entry paid tiers run from about $5 per channel per month for Buffer up to $49 a month for beehiiv. Tenably AI starts at $24 a month, or $19.08 billed yearly. A realistic stack of one generation tool plus one scheduler is roughly $25 to $60 a month.

Which AI tools actually generate a video rather than just schedule one?

Three on this list generate video end to end: Tenably AI, InVideo AI, and Predis.ai. OpusClip and Descript work on footage you already have. Buffer, Later, and Metricool are schedulers and cannot make video at all. That split is the biggest one in the category and the one most roundups blur.

Do I still need a separate scheduler if I use an AI video tool?

Usually yes, because most AI video tools export a file and stop there. Tenably AI and Predis.ai are the exceptions on this list, publishing straight to social platforms. If you pick InVideo AI or Descript, budget for a scheduler on top and count it in the monthly total.

Is there a free AI marketing tool for creators?

Yes, several with real free tiers. Buffer is free for three channels, Metricool is free for one brand, Kit is free to 10,000 email subscribers, and beehiiv is free to 2,500. Tenably AI has no free tier, so if scheduling is all you need, start with Buffer instead.

How many videos can I make on an entry plan?

Fewer than most marketing pages imply, because these tools meter credits rather than videos. On Tenably AI a 30-second video with six scenes, a voiceover, and music costs about 51 credits, so Creator 1,000 credits is roughly 19 or 20 videos. Predis rates its entry tier at about 9.

Can AI reply to my comments for me?

Some tools can. Tenably AI replies in your channel voice with separate rules for positive, negative, and neutral comments, plus a simulation mode to review what it would say first. Metricool automates replies through Flows. Buffer suggests replies without sending them, and Later, Descript, and OpusClip do not handle comments.

Which platforms can these tools post to?

Buffer reaches the most at eleven networks, including Bluesky and Mastodon. Tenably AI publishes to TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, YouTube long-form, Facebook, X, LinkedIn, and Google Business Profile. Later covers eight but has no X support. Check the specific network you care about, because coverage gaps here are rarely advertised.

Make the videos and post them from one place

Script, voice, visuals, captions, and eight destinations, in one pass. Plans from $24 a month, or $19.08 a month billed yearly.
